Our philosophy is:
- Spine surgery larger than needed should be avoided
- Most large spine operations, spine fusion, artificial disc, etc. are not needed
- There are smaller alternatives
- Almost all spinal disc problems can be treated endoscopically, usually without any disruption of normal anatomy
- Spinal stenosis can usually be treated endoscopically without fusion
