Educating spine surgeons about endoscopic spine surgery — smaller alternatives that preserve normal anatomy.

    1. We are seeking to educate all spine surgeons about endoscopic spine surgery.

    Our philosophy is:

    • Spine surgery larger than needed should be avoided
    • Most large spine operations, spine fusion, artificial disc, etc. are not needed
    • There are smaller alternatives
    • Almost all spinal disc problems can be treated endoscopically, usually without any disruption of normal anatomy
    • Spinal stenosis can usually be treated endoscopically without fusion
